- Your shipment starts from China.
- There are two delivery ways we offer to choose. One is by EMS (Express Mail Service) at free cost in China, whose function is equal to USPS (The United States Postal Service) in America. The other is by FedEx, TNT, UPS with extra 30 dollars pay, but you will receive the order within 3-4 days.
- We provide free shipping cost to the following countries, USA, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore, and Vietnam. Others need to pay extra shipping cost based on the delivery address for your order, including Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland, and Iran for extra 30 dollars shipping fee, Brazil for 10 dollars, Guadeloupe for 50 dollars.
- Please make sure that there is an adult (over 18 years old) to sign for the delivery after its arrival at your home in America. Or the delivery will move back to your local post office if there is nobody at home. Then please kindly contact your local post office as soon as possible.
Return Policy
1. Please guarantee all the returning items must be unworn and unwashed when compared to the original packing and tags.
2. If you receive the shoe with wrong size, color or style, please it and we will reship the right shoe as soon as possible without any charge.
